May 2026 Goals

Back from 5 weeks of travel and ready to get back into work mode.

Here are my goals for May 2026:

1. Finish Coldtorch sales funnel end-to-end — get the full funnel live and ready to convert.
2. Launch cold email again + Upwork — restart outbound and pick up freelance leads.
3. Book 10 sales calls, close 1 deal — focus on conversations that turn into revenue.
4. 6 YouTube videos, 12 LinkedIn posts — get back to consistent content output.
5. Visit 2 meetups — get back into the Berlin builder scene.

Let's see how it goes. Will reflect at the end of the month.
